East Coast Tools Returns and Refunds Policy
The following Returns and Refunds Policy covers both purchases made in store and online at www.EastCoastToolsMA.com. For purchases made in store, the policy is in effect from the date of purchase. For purchases made online at www.EastCoastToolsMA.com, the policy is in effect from the date the product is delivered.
In order to qualify for a refund the receipt of purchased item must accompany the returned item.
Electric Power Tools Refund Policy:
All electrically powered tools have a 2 week return policy. If upon return it is determined that the product is operationally or mechanically defective a full refund of the purchased price will be returned. If the product is found to not be defective, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Pneumatic Tools Refund Policy:
All pneumatic tools have a 3 day return policy. If upon return it is determined that the product is operationally or mechanically defective a full refund of the purchased price will be returned. If the product is found to not be defective, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Gas Powered Equipment Refund Policy:
Products Containing Hazardous Materials can only be returned directly in the store. Due to safety hazards, items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned through the mail, even if the item was drained of these materials. This would include items like lawn mowers, leaf blowers and any other items that use flammable liquids or gases. All Gas Powered Equipment tools have a 2 week return policy. If upon return it is determined that the product is operationally or mechanically defective a full refund of the purchased price will be returned. If the product is found to not be defective, or you are returning the product for any other reason other than an operational or mechanical defect, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping Charges Refund Policy:

Online Purchases Return Policy - Additional Information
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in our store.
